Mr. Shute was very accommodating, and he knew the product inside out, which was a welcome change from some of the other salespeople I met in different dealerships. This guy is one of those rare salespeople that will answer all your questions, including the technical ones. Most others could not tell me what is the axle ratio on the truck, and all they could explain is how to use apps on an 8" screen. This guy can do both, in a friendly and honest matter. I see no reason why I would by Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram anywhere but here. More

Fantastic Team I had looked online to see about getting a new vehicle and Great West Chrysler popped up in google so I decided to check out their selection of vehicl I had looked online to see about getting a new vehicle and Great West Chrysler popped up in google so I decided to check out their selection of vehicles. In doing so i came across a 2016 Jeep Compass and got excited to go and see the vehicle. I called in and spoke to Shawn Shute. He felt like a friend that i hadn't talked to in a long time. He was very nice and very helpful. He had told me that there was a lot of interest in this vehicle and they only had this and one more of the same available. My Visa Debit was not working so he actually went above and beyond and let me email transfer him personally some money so that I could hold the vehicle until i was able to go see it and test drive it later that evening. When i went later he was just as nice in person, if not more, than over the phone. He wasn't pushy and made sure that i had all the information and more that i needed to make this big decision to buy the 2016 Jeep Compass. Once all was said and done Shawn spent another half an hour with me to make sure that i knew how everything worked and all the features of the vehicle before i drove off the lot. All the fluids were topped up when i picked up the vehicle and i could not be happier. Thanks Great West Chrysler, especially Shawn Shute for being such and awesome sales person to deal with! More
