I especially want to say thanks to Eden Donahue. She never left me waiting, she didn’t do endless laps coming back with ridiculous numbers, and by far… gave me the least "high pressure" buying experience I've ever had at a dealership. I can't recommend her enough. Even after the papers were signed, she made sure I was looked after (and fed), and the days that followed my texts and questions were answered within minutes. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new vehicle. I hate giving 5 stars for anything (we can always learn and get better) but I really feel this one is deserved. More

Greg was super helpful, really knew his stuff and wasn't pushy. He gave us good advice on the different Cherokee models and their features and options, so we were able to figure out which one best fit our needs. He was also friendly and fun to chat with. We appreciated how he, Mike, Bjorn and Phil really seemed interested in seeing that we were happy and felt valued. The dealership offered us good value on our trade, which gave us room to look at a better model than we originally thought we could get. They were also happy to bring a vehicle up from Red Deer for us when the one we'd been looking at on-site got sold to someone else. All in all, a really great buying experience. THANK YOU! More

Lyle showed us the vehicle we were looking for (Dodge Journey) and answered all our questions without being pushy and when we said we wanted to check Lyle showed us the vehicle we were looking for (Dodge Journey) and answered all our questions without being pushy and when we said we wanted to check out other dealerships to compare vehicles he was very understanding and did NOT remotely try to push us into making a decision immediately as other dealerships had done in our search.
