Shawn made the experience painless I just bought a used Jeep Compass from Shawn. He was so easy to deal with. He didn't try to push any extra warranty on us and actually recommended not getting one that he didn't think would be good for a used vehicle. When we bought our last vehicle we were in the finance department for over an hour telling the guy we were not interested so this was a great experience to top the purchase off. More

Smooth transactions, great service. This was the first dealership I stopped in at to look at some trucks. We recently bought a light weight trailer and needed something to haul it so we This was the first dealership I stopped in at to look at some trucks. We recently bought a light weight trailer and needed something to haul it so we weren't looking for anything fancy or elaborate. Wasn't really looking to buy that day, but I had seen a few more models at this dealership that were 3-5K cheaper than other dealerships that I visited online. They obviously price more aggressively than the next dealership, and that's what basically got me in the door. We met with Shawn, one of the internet sales reps, who was really good at finding exactly what we needed in a used vehicle. Didn't feel pressured at all, no cheesy tactics either. They let us take the truck home overnight to see if it's what we needed/wanted/fit in our garage, etc. They were pretty accommodating at any of our requests and even threw in quite a few extras. I hate going to dealerships because of all the BS in sales and finance, but I didn't feel this at all at this dealership. The finance guys were great, and Jim who finalized the deal got us in and out quickly without pressuring us to buy all the extras. Obviously very experienced and got a good read on us and processed the deal quickly and painlessly. All in all, I'd say it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. My sister and her husband came in the next day and bought a truck too. More
