Incredible dealership ! So I was not the one who purchased the 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it was my wife. I am writing this review due to the fact that not ONCE did our sales person So I was not the one who purchased the 2019 Jeep Cherokee, it was my wife. I am writing this review due to the fact that not ONCE did our sales person, Shawn Shute, ever direct his conversation to me or make my wife feel like she was not the important one and that it was myself making the decisions. He explained the features in simple layman terms so that both of us understood what they were and what they did. He took the time to sync both of our phones, demonstrated how the self parking features, yes features as it does 2 methods of parking now ! I would highly recommend Great West to anyone looking for a new vehicle (or used) simply because these guys are right up front and there is no getting the "run around", like my wife and myself have experienced from other dealerships in the city. Over all I would give this place 6 stars but I can only select 5 ! Once again, thank you Shawn and if the day ever comes where I need a new vehicle I will be calling you ! Wayne Smith More
