Being from out of town and only having shuttle service when a service for my car took from 11 to 430 does not work for me. That meant I had to be dropped off and wait in that spot for 4.5 hrs. Staff are fine but this last time I booked a service appointment it was cancelled on me by one of the service advisors without my asking and then I rebooked online and then was rescheduled by the call c appointment it was cancelled on me by one of the service advisors without my asking and then I rebooked online and then was rescheduled by the call center. When I dropped off my vehicle on the day the call center booked me the dealership had no idea I had an appointment. When I dropped off my vehicle I had a low oil indicator on, I was provided a list of work needed to be done but an oil change or anything to do with the oil wasn't on that list. When I picked up my vehicle the indicator was off. I drove for about 15 km and the indicator came back on so I had to go back to the dealership again to have them top up the oil because they didn't check this during their inspection. Aside from that every time I swap my tires the service appointment tries to bill me for it even though I purchased tires from this dealership. More
