Had a great experience at the Grande Prairie VW Service Department. I was given lots of great information regarding my recently purchased used VW, and some great advice also. These people sold me a vehicle 4 days later the engineight comes on they tell me it's something simple like a loose gas cap that's making the vehicle have service stabilitrac and check engine light engineight comes on they tell me it's something simple like a loose gas cap that's making the vehicle have service stabilitrac and check engine light and engine power reduced they did 2 inspections and they were Noth exactly the same they changed out a serp belt after the first inspection but never put that in the second one and the vehicle had 2 different sets of km one on the bill of sale and 300 km less on the inspecton sheet they refused to let me get another vehicle or give me my money back then on top of it all they called my gf after they agreed to look at it they me er called me or texted me 4 or 5 days I never heard from them and a manager Micheal tell my gf who knows nothing about vehicles and did not want to be involved in the situation that his guys will evaluate the vehicles repairs and get back to her and her and I would only have to pay for the work via finance however much it was it was in there shop for 5 days and he still didint know what was wrong with is he had to get a quote to see how much to charge us after I just paid 16 thousand 13 days earlier cus I like to spend obscene amounts of money on pretty much brand new vehicle when I tried to call him they said they would txt or call back and the sales lady got outta there before xxxx hit the fan she wanted no part of the end game she made good commission and a family that had it hard already had to deal with the new and even larger problem no vehicle going on 3 months now they could just refunded our money and properly fixed whatever was actually wrong with it the gm Doug even called me after the fact and said according to my Computer the check engine e light was on after 100 km of driving they put 300 km on according to there paperwork why didint they see an issue with it then and I told him I did they kept saying was probly something simple like a loose gas. Cap that will make the reduced engine power light come on and drop atleast 40 percent of the lower it would stall in reverse they should just give me my money back so me and my family can get a reliable vehicle and move on with our lives there's no way there's as broke as us can't take the kids to hockey can't go get grocerys without paying someone and that another thing when I took the vehicle in last time they knew we lived out of town they didint offer us a ride anywhere just rudly said we don't do refunds and never heard from them till I called a lawyer them they said we had a vehicle for you guys I said why didint you guys say that only thing anyone told us was that u guys were quote the work MD finance it to us if anyone said come check out these other vehicles we would not hesitate cause it's so hard without one More

Navpreet was awesome. No complains with her. Finance department experience was not something I was happy with. It took too long to approve. I felt the finance department w No complains with her. I felt the finance department wasn’t organized and the car was not even detailed on the day when I signed docs. I took it home and had to bring back to get it detailed next day. I was given damaged rim and Michael- general sales manager said coz I negotiated we have given you used and they are damanged. To this I told him never talked about getting used. I wanted new rims. I was so disappointed with Michael’s dealing. Only reason I am giving good ratings is coz of how hard Navpreet is working and trying to give us a good experience. More

I am very disappointed in the service I receive at GP Volkswagen. They have outright lied to me about warranties and there is one issue that is 1.5 years old that has not been resolved yet. I love the v Volkswagen. They have outright lied to me about warranties and there is one issue that is 1.5 years old that has not been resolved yet.
