An exceptional, fun and stress free experience! I am a new car buyer and I had no idea what I was doing but Rick and Chris were fantastic!!! I am so happy with my new Jetta! I was on vacation, on the road, when my Passat started acting up in Dawson Creek. The car need an emissions part which if it failed would ruin my engine. I'm on vacation. Help!!! Since I was passing through Grande Prairie on the way to Jasper I thought I would get the part there and have it installed while I wait. GP Volkswagen did not have the part, a Mass Airflow Sensor (MAF). Sam, the partsman, said the nearest one was in Toronto and the next in Spokane. I could wait for one to be shipped. It was the long weekend coming up so I would get it Tuesday and lose four plus days. Sam phoned around and found one (only one) in Edmonton at NAPA which I said I would detour and go and get that day. Sam made arrangements for NAPA to hold it for me so no one else would get it. Sam also made an appointment at a VW dealership in Edmonton for the next day so the MAF could be installed. GP VW did not get any money out of me but they treated me like I was their best customer. I am SUPER grateful and TOTALLY impressed with their service. I even gave Sam a tip. He saved my vacation, I only lost a day instead of five. Thanks heaps. Danny Nasar from Victoria, BC. More

I sent an email inquiring about a new car, which I never received a reply to. But after a few weeks of waiting, I decided to try them again, (this time by phone) because they are my nearest local dealership and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. From that point on the experience was nothing but a breeze. Darcy was super open and pleasant, and Brad's got a passion for his job and the product he sells that's extremely contagious. The whole buying experience was super simple and smooth. It's worth noting that I found their pricing to be super competitive compared to other VW dealerships in the province that I talked to. I have nothing but good things to say. I love my new car. More

I was Difficult, They were not. I spent three days harassing these guys with questions and and was more difficult then i needed to be. I bought a Jetta, and within 3 hours had a flat tire. i was lent a vehicle at no cost, offered road side assistance and left with good service in a situation no one wants. Brad was the first salesman I didn't want to run away from! I had been mulling over the idea of getting rid of my truck and buying a car for a while. I knew I already liked VW so I stopped to look at a couple m I had been mulling over the idea of getting rid of my truck and buying a car for a while. I knew I already liked VW so I stopped to look at a couple models and that's when I met Brad. He was super easy to get along with and I appreciated his genuine nature. After reviewing the situation on the truck and what was left owing yaddy yadda, I was thinking getting into a different vehicle wouldn't be a possibility at this time. Brad and Darcy went over what my options were, there was no fluff, no reading in between the lines & no pressure. When we agreed on a deal that I was comfortable with, I went in to sign some papers and get all the details hammered out. To my surprise, they were able to get an even lower interest rate then previously stated and a few extra perks I wasn`t expecting (I had delt with Chris from VW finance as well as a wonderful gentleman from GP Chrysler who I unfortunately can`t remember his name). Overall, I felt like they did everything they could to make me feel like I was getting a great deal and even went over and above to ensure it. On the day I went to pick up my new Jetta, Brad had brought in his wife and new baby for me to meet and get baby snuggles! It was a great surprise and i`ll never forget it! Great job guys! More
