The main reasons I keep coming back to Gorrud's is that the buying experience is safe and comfortable. The 30 day exchange and the warranties make it a carefree experience. The other big reason is that they have their own service department which has been excellent from my experiences. It means that they know the car from the pre sale servicing all the way through. This time around I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS in white. This is my second Sonata and I am very pleased with this one. Well equipped and a joy to drive. More

Great customer interaction On March 31, 2015 we took ownership of a 2013 Hyundai Genesis. We had intended to just test drive the as car as we had other test drives lined up. How On March 31, 2015 we took ownership of a 2013 Hyundai Genesis. We had intended to just test drive the as car as we had other test drives lined up. However because of the genuine interest shown by Danny and Ryan as well as the condition of the car we ended up making a deal. Unfortunately after driving the car home we noticed that it was leaking oil. Danny arranged to have the car in for service immediately . Even though the parts had to be ordered and I did not have the car for a few days, Mallory kept me updated as to the status and once we again drove the car home it has performed well. We expect to enjoy the Genesis for some years to come. More

He was also very thorough explaining the auto rewards program, and had an overall informative and honest manner. When I picked up the car, it was detailed, spotless, and was completely inspected and serviced. Three and a half weeks after I had taken delivery of the car, the car would not start; the battery was dead. Fred had the car towed to Gorrud’s, and the battery was completely tested to provide me with the assurance that there was nothing wrong. I was pleased that they stood behind the car, and made sure that my concerns were addressed. More
