My partner and I had a terrific experience when I purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback that had come in from a trade in. The stand outs in particular were Scott who carefully went through all our car features, and Corina who explained the warrantee program. We couldn't have been happier or more confident about our purchase. We also appreciated all the safety precautions that were in place at the dealership due to Covid. Very dissatisfied with the service. When I first called about bringing my 2019 Outback to the dealership for servicing (I have less than 9,000 km on the vehicle), I was told they couldn't get a courtesy ca about bringing my 2019 Outback to the dealership for servicing (I have less than 9,000 km on the vehicle), I was told they couldn't get a courtesy car because I was coming in for a basic oil change and tire change (exchanging summer for winter) and the courtesy cars were reserved for people who purchased the more expensive servicing (I was told this by two different girls at the dealership). I was subsequently called for giving the servicing a rating and I told them about my issue; the girl who called said she'd get a manager to call me but I didn't hear back. I called again yesterday as the back door on the vehicle wasn't opening properly (I left a voicemail at the service department as well). The girl with whom I spoke told me she'd get someone to call me in the morning but I didn't hear back. I then went online to find a solution to my problem. I'm not sure why I've received such sub-par servicing, but I'm going to be taking my car to another Subaru dealership. As well, I usually purchase/lease a new vehicle every 3 to 4 years, but I will not be giving by business to them. I actually have a Saleen that I purchased from Coastal Ford and their servicing is superior; they treat me very well. More
