Horrible service! Do not recommend! Sedona taken in for service 8 times in 6 months to discover the problem was what was suspected on the first visit. Even having the service manager per Sedona taken in for service 8 times in 6 months to discover the problem was what was suspected on the first visit. Even having the service manager personally overseeing the process, they wasted days of our time, caused us tremendous inconvenience with no offer of apology or compensation. The worst part is that is was a ceryified preowned vehicle bought from their dealership. They clearly are either not equipped to properly service their vehicles or they just don't care. Either way I wouldn't recommend them for either sales or service to my worst enemy. Way to over promise and under deliver! More

I came in for an oil change but the techs found additional issues with my vehicle. Some were warranty and others were not. Holly tried to explain the non-warranty issues and did a good job but Enzo additional issues with my vehicle. Some were warranty and others were not. Holly tried to explain the non-warranty issues and did a good job but Enzo added extra comments that helped me to understand the pricing and amount of work required behind each of the services. This provided me with the value added I needed to say yes to the services. However I would have authorized them anyway as Holly is a pleasure to work with. She is always smiling and in a great mood....something that I cannot always say is true with Rodney. More

Since I needed a vehicle soon, I decided to purchase their test drive model so I could get it sooner. I also was able to get new tints put on the car and other needed accessories without any added costs. I appreciated this very much. Unfortunately, 8 weeks later the rear of my new Kia Optima incurred dent damage on the bumper while it was parked on my driveway. As I had purchased the Titanium warranty from Kia, I was under the impression it would cover it. I was wrong - the damage apparently only covers dents and dings on the door of the car. Ante, the service manager, was also unsuccessful in trying get the work approved by the third party company. I was not happy at this point, however, once I escalated the issue, I was treated like family and now my car looks newer than ever. I also want to mention that Kia's shuttle service is timely and wonderful - I highly recommend this dealership as they treat you like a friend and take your concerns or issues very seriously. A++ great job guys! More
Since the very beginning of buying a new car from this dealership in 2012 it has been nothing but one giant headache. From initially being sold a car that was not available (without being told this) to th dealership in 2012 it has been nothing but one giant headache. From initially being sold a car that was not available (without being told this) to then having to buy a different model then originally sold (up-sell) and finding out after 6 months that the promised mileage is not even close to actual mileage do I then go in for a routine service at 25000 km to be told i have a seized brake and its not going to be covered is why I will never buy another car from this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone. The only thing going for this dealership in my experience is that they are at least friendly while they aren't listening to your needs but instead seeing dollar signs. More
I bought my Kia over a year ago and due to the hours the dealership is open and the service I received I keep coming back for service. There has been times where the vehicle has taken longer than anticipate dealership is open and the service I received I keep coming back for service. There has been times where the vehicle has taken longer than anticipated to be fixed, other times it is finished earlier. Even though the last visit I had took longer than expected the staff at Georgetown Kia were very friendly and with the comfortable waiting area and wifi I hadn't taken too much notice to it. Both me and my gf prefer dealing with Ante when coming to the dealership for service. He explains everything clearly and tries his best to make you feel comfortable and an important customer, he also would put anything else on hold to get you started and finish up paperwork and not tie you up while answering the phone or talking to other members. That is the main reason I ranked this dealership so high, good job Kia of Georgetown and I look forward to my visit sometime in May. More

I have had my sorento in there repeatedly over the last 6 weeks for various service requests including a hood deflector (they installed a damaged one)and a leather seat repair and a hitch installment, which weeks for various service requests including a hood deflector (they installed a damaged one)and a leather seat repair and a hitch installment, which to this day have still not been completed, for various reasons each time. Every one I have dealt with at Georgetown Kia is very friendly and happy to offer many promises, but nothing ever gets done. Today was now the 4th day my vehicle has been in the shop to have these two items correctly installed. Again, I was promised my vehicle today, but when I called Kia, I was told the service dept had gone home for the day and my vehicle was still not finished. Another promise broken; another day without my vehicle! In the short time, I have owned my Kia, I have enjoyed the vehicle, but have never experienced such dreadful customer service as I have seen from Georgetown Kia. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone!!! More
