A great Sunday afternoon car buying experience After experiencing a horrible visit at my local Kia during their Diwali Sale, the following weekend I opted to take a Sunday afternoon drive over to G After experiencing a horrible visit at my local Kia during their Diwali Sale, the following weekend I opted to take a Sunday afternoon drive over to Georgetown Kia with my husband and brother-in-law. The environment and experience was like night and day between the previous dealership and Georgetown Kia. We were warmly greeted by Ken Shappert (New Car Sales Manager), who offered me to test drive any model car he had on the lot. Ken enlisted the services of Phil Notaro (Salesman Extraordinaire) to assist me in my quest to purchase a vehicle. Phil exceeded my expectations of a “salesman”. I truly feel that he is a great asset to the Georgetown Kia sales team. He was very courteous and friendly. He allowed us to take a long test drive, so that we could be comfortable with the vehicle and explain the capabilities of the car. Phil was thorough with his explanations, there was no pressure to buy. Above all, he was genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. Phil was able to negotiate a fair purchase price. The negotiation process was transparent, no gimmicks or excessive waiting time for an answer from the finance department. I am truly fortunate that Phil was working that Sunday. We were handled with great care. The sales service was impeccable from start to finish. That made me comfortable purchasing my Kia Optima SX from Georgetown Kia. Phil kept in constant contact with me until I was able to pick up my car. He thoroughly went over the car with me bumper to bumper when I came to get it. I’m elated with my purchase and my family loves the car! Thank you Phil! second time charm ... As locals we love to support the businesses in town. Unfortunately, the first time we were in the shop we couldn't come to a deal for our daughter. However, Adrian really stood out as he tried his best, so when we came across another vehicle at the shop, months later for my husband, we called Adrian directly. He stayed late and we came, drove and bought the truck! Mike was extremely helpful in getting us to the number we wanted this time around and Trish made the transaction complete with ease. It clearly wasn't just a deal as I ran into Trish in town and she remembered who I was and our transaction. We're definitely a client of Adrian's and look forward to dealing with him, Mike and Trish again, as needed. More

I only buy used cars, can't deal with the depreciation of a new car, but this is definitely my best experience (and I have a lot of experience). I had been looking for a Subaru Forester and found one with all of the features I wanted on their lot. I decided to test drive it and after a very positive 'drop in' experience I was motivated to buy that day. Adrian was friendly and very helpful. No pushy sales talk and treated me with respect. In the end it is about the best deal for a car in excellent condition, and I achieved more than I had anticipated. Mike helped to make it the best deal possible, and gave me more for my trade in than I would have got anywhere else. Adrian ensured everything fell into place for a smooth transition. I was surprised to find out when I picked it up that I had a new windshield because of a stone chip I did not even notice. Their attention to detail cannot be overstated. Gavin assisted me with the hand over when we were ready to trade cars, and was so gracious you would have thought he had sold me the car. I am very happy with my new car, and with the overall experience of making this decision. More
