Being prudent shoppers, we had looked around GTA for the best deal and Georgetown Kia was our final stop. Not only did we get the best price (after comparing numerous deals offered by different dealerships), our overall experience was top notch thanks to the dealership’s customer-centric approach, friendly staff, and professionalism. Phil, our product advisor, was a breath of fresh air. He was supportive, accommodative and went out of his way to ensure that we keep the car and the dealership in our consideration set. Initially, we couldn’t agree on a price and I left the dealership a little disheartened and started looking at other cars (which were cheaper and within my budget), but, a demo video from Phil was the clincher and convinced me that this is the car for me. We went into another round of negotiations and finally we were able to come to a price point agreeable to both parties. During the entire process, Phil followed up consistently, gave regular updates and accommodated all our requests. He’s simply awesome at his job and instead of a pesky car salesman; he comes across as a genuine, considerate and friendly person, who wants to do the best for you. So far we’re super happy with the car and are planning our first road trip. Based off of our experience, I can confidently recommend Phil and Georgetown Kia to anyone looking to buy or trade a Kia. Haven’t dealt with their service dept. yet, but, if the sales team is anything to go by then service should be a breeze as well.
