I only buy used cars, can't deal with the depreciation of a new car, but this is definitely my best experience (and I have a lot of experience). I had been looking for a Subaru Forester and found one with all of the features I wanted on their lot. I decided to test drive it and after a very positive 'drop in' experience I was motivated to buy that day. Adrian was friendly and very helpful. No pushy sales talk and treated me with respect. In the end it is about the best deal for a car in excellent condition, and I achieved more than I had anticipated. Mike helped to make it the best deal possible, and gave me more for my trade in than I would have got anywhere else. Adrian ensured everything fell into place for a smooth transition. I was surprised to find out when I picked it up that I had a new windshield because of a stone chip I did not even notice. Their attention to detail cannot be overstated. Gavin assisted me with the hand over when we were ready to trade cars, and was so gracious you would have thought he had sold me the car. I am very happy with my new car, and with the overall experience of making this decision. More

After a 9 years with a great/reliable vehicle and a 9 year relationship with the service department (Rodney and Gordon). I knew when it came time to trade in my old vehicle, what I would be buying and where. I went in without an appointment and 3 hours later I was signing on the dotted line. The salesperson I had when I bought my 1st (Ken) is now a manager and Patryk, the salesperson this time, both were the best. Even though I knew what I wanted, Patryk gave me his undivided attention and walked me though the entire process, they listened to what I wanted and delivered. Kevin in Finance was also great. Just like Ken and Patryk, he listened to my questions and explained the entire process as we went along. I will continue my relationship with the service department and when comes time to trade this one in, I'll be back!! More

Buying my first used car Adrian was very helpful in understanding my needs and what i was looking for. Quick, efficient and a great deal I recently flew in from Ottawa to purchase my Sorento from Georgetown KIA. Even with the cost of a one way plane ticket it was more than worth it. More importantly, Meghan, Adam and Kevin were professional, efficient and did not waste my time. These were the most important factors for me. The deal was done on the phone and by email. Four other GTA KIA dealerships would not touch the price Georgetown KIA agreed to. I saved close to a thousand dollars and had a very pleasant and satisfying drive home on a rainy Saturday listening to the Jays game on the radio. More

I had spoken to several other sales reps before at other dealers.Most of them would try hard I dealt with Adrian on my recent purchase of a Kia Forte. I had spoken to several other sales reps before at other dealers.Most of them would try hard to sell me a new vehicle even though said I'm looking at used cars.Others would try selling me a completely different vehicle than I told them I'm looking for.Adrian, however was totally different, clear,not too high pressure, and didn't try selling me anything besides what I was looking for.He went the extra mile to get me a discount as well and seeing that the car was well cleaned and checked over.I recommend this dealership!
