From where I live, it was a long drive to Georgetown. The heavy snow and traffic didn't help either. But in the end it was well worth the drive. The service was excellent. Patient and caring. The experience and treatment I received from Gerogetown Kia and its representative has been in honesty, one of the worst experiences of my life. It has been something I will never forget and I will never deal with this dealership or any others from the car nation family of dealerships. The amount of stress and duress I have been in these last few days was never worth the car. Never again. Hopefully my story can save a others from having to go through this. To make a very long story short - they completely screwed up my financing paper work, sold me a car without financing approved. ownership, plates insurance on the vehicle and in my name and I drove it home. The next day I was told while at work and in meetings 'till 7:00pm that I needed to provide personal financial information ( I was not told this before, not even once) for loan ( sub-prime) I told the business manager I was at work and would deal with it when I could but it probably would not be that night. The next morning the same sales manager apparently instructed by HIS BOSS, showed up at my place of work ( I had the day off) and questioned my co-workers demanding they give him my pay-stubs and a letter of employment and he wanted to speak to my boss. SO UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO MENTION ILLEGAL. I was never told I needed to provide it until the night before, and was not given adequate time to produce the information. After he could not get any info from them he proceeded to drive to my house ( an hour away from my place of work) and tried to force me to give him my financial information at home. At that point I decided it was time to consult a lawyer. After the amount of duress, stress and infringement on my personal privacy that took place I did not want the car. Something that could have been handled in a professional diplomatic way was handled in an utter disgusting and tactless manner. I was not even offered a face-to-face apology and when I drove the car back, the sales manager who caused this mess along with the guy who sold me the car hid in the back. Shame on all of you at Georgetown Kia. More

Where to start??? First off, amoung many inquiries I made, Artium's reply made a tremendous impact. He emailed me a video of the vehicle I was considering, complete with a commentary just for me.... w made, Artium's reply made a tremendous impact. We headed out expecting to check out a few different vehicles at a few different locations, but the quality and price of the vehicle, coupled with Artium's helpful demeanor and the dealership's willingness to make a deal that REALLY fit our needs, we made an offer on the vehicle without any further searching. But oh no... the bank didn't have a sense of humour and wouldn't grant me credit on the vehicle. (Self employment has its definite downfalls sometimes!) So I bid my 'thank you for your time' and left if at that. But then, Kevin, business manager extraordinaire called me soon after. He found a lender that he convinced to consider alternate ways for me to prove my income. It was very time consuming for him, but he stuck with it and put together a truly terrific deal for me! The effort that he put into this was tremendous and the initiative that he and Artium demonstrated to put me in another vehicle was absolutely impressive! I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with this dealership, and with Kevin and Artium! I highly recommend them to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle. It was definitely worth the drive to Georgetown and I will return for my next vehicle! More

The people at Kia Georgetown is awesome! My experience at your dealership is really amazing. The feeling I got when I first stepped in is very welcoming, the people are always smiling it gives you a feeling your dealership is really amazing. We were very satisifed with the dealership. Our sales person did a really good job. Kevin was also a very nice person to work with. There were a couple of minor things that could have been improved. I dropped off my old plates on Monday, and this was what was on the paperwork prepared by Kevin. However, when we went to pick up the Sorrento, it had new plates (which cost extra dollars). Also, the car was not quite ready (needed to have gas tank filled up) even though we came in at 3pm (as requested by our sales person earlier in the day) although we had requested a pick up at 2pm. In all honesty I don't know where to start about this great individual, Shondell Brooks. I was looking to upgrade and trade in my 2010 Ford Mustang for a 2010 Dodge Challenger (which was a total beau great individual, Shondell Brooks. I was looking to upgrade and trade in my 2010 Ford Mustang for a 2010 Dodge Challenger (which was a total beauty). Shondell made the experience seem painless by making it fun, exciting and nothing like any other experience I've had. The fact that Shondell is so energetic, reliable and personable really helps as someone with a lot of questions.Also, he really just went out of his way and was bending backwards for me (which must be hard for someone so tall) but he did so by sending pics and personal videos right to my phone of the car I was interested in. In the end, he answered all questions as quick as possible and really changed my perspective on what a Car Salesman is like. I would like to thank Shondell for all his hard work, and even though the timing wasn't right for me to make the purchase. I would feel comfortable and confident going to him when the right time arises. I would suggest that all interested in Georgetown KIA ask for this individual right away as you will be surprised how much fun Shondell can make purchasing a car. Thank you. More
