Dedicated to finding the right car for you! Kaz was great to work with. My husband and I had been looking for a bit for a car but hadn't found the right one. When we stopped by Georgetown KIA Kaz was great to work with. My husband and I had been looking for a bit for a car but hadn't found the right one. When we stopped by Georgetown KIA Superstore, we were looking at a specific used car that caught our eye. He was very friendly as we took it for a drive. He could tell it wasn't the right one for us and he and Mike, suggested the Optima. Kaz was very patient with our schedule as we had to go get our son. Never once did he pressure us into purchasing the car. We came back the next day and the entire team was super helpful and friendly. We found the right car for us and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Georgetown KIA and Kaz for your next car. More

2009 chev silverado First of all I live near Barrie on.the truck I bought had a passenger side air bag warning light come on after a short amount of Kim's.i called the de First of all I live near Barrie on.the truck I bought had a passenger side air bag warning light come on after a short amount of Kim's.i called the dealership and talked to Cameron and he told me bring it in.the appointment was made and I drove it down.upon arrival I seen the truck was leaking anti freeze out the front left side under the bumper.The guys took the truck in and repaired the leak and the airbag unit.Also I had to go to work that afternoon back near Barrie and these guys rented me a car as they thought the repair would take longer that it did.Great Dealership and good people.This Type of customer service is a dying Art. I was very apprehensive about going to dealerships, because I can't stand dealing with pushy salesman, it just feels like they're all the same. Then I met Gerald Gayadin at Georgetown Kia. He totally changed my perspective. He knew the product well and talked me through the whole experience. Their Sales Manager Ken Shappert was fair on my trade in and their Finance Manager Kevin was great in getting all the financing in order. New 2014 Forte 4th dealer I had gone to. I've had the car about a month and all is good. I was looking at a the LX due to price, and ended up with the LX+ but still 4th dealer I had gone to. Saved us from a potential Financial Downfall! As happy Kia owners, we went to the Georgetown Kia Dealership to trade in our 2010 Soul for a newer model. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a sm As happy Kia owners, we went to the Georgetown Kia Dealership to trade in our 2010 Soul for a newer model. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile and were taken care of right away. We knew what we wanted but could not afford it, so the Kia representatives came up with a solution that was within our budget, plus added features to our new car that were not in the original model making it custom-made especially for us (i.e. adding a sun-roof that we wanted). Our monthly payments were now lower and our car was newer! We were very pleased leaving the dealership. The night prior to our scheduled pick up of the 2014 Soul EX, we received some great news that changed our circumstances so dramatically that we could no longer afford the car, we panicked! First thing in the morning we called Mr. Shappert and explained our last minute situation. First, he calmed us down then asked about our great news. He was very kind, very genuine and we really liked that. He set up an appointment and that afternoon we went to see him. Upon our arrival we were still greeted with a smile and everybody who we dealt with when making the deal, a week ago, were there congratulating us on our new circumstance. We were surprised, yet delighted! We were quickly put at ease and offered a number of solutions. Mr. Shappert even asked “what do you want out of this?” which was unusually accommodating when dealing with a car sales person; he was very understanding. He accommodated our needs 100% and we walked out of the dealership knowing that the next car we buy will be a Georgetown Kia, no question! The staff is easy to deal with and so pleasant that we can’t imagine dealing with anyone else! Thank you Georgetown Kia. More
