I choose Saturday early morning, which I knew would be an ideal driving experience. ( No people and less traffic) The drive was as expected, the sale experience even better, even though it was cold++. Signed the papers that day and took delivery January 4, 2018. Still trying to learn how to use the vehicle. My overall experience was very positive from the sales to the final closing. All people involved made me very comfortable. What an amazing experience We went to Georgetown Chevrolet after a disappointing experience at another local Chevrolet dealer. My first contact with the dealership was via their We went to Georgetown Chevrolet after a disappointing experience at another local Chevrolet dealer. My first contact with the dealership was via their website and trying to figure out the value of my trade in vehicle. I was surprised to get an email back on a Sunday when I knew the dealership was closed. Lorenzo made sure that my questions were addressed and setup a meeting with a salesman (Stephen) on Monday. Upon arrival at Georgetown Chevrolet I was greeted by Stephen and introduced to Lorenzo and Tom. The trade in appraisal process was explained to me and we got the ball rolling. While Lorenzo worked at getting top dollar for my trade, Stephen worked on finding my desired vehicle (2018 Chevrolet Trax). By the time that the trade appraisal was complete, Stephen had located the car I wanted, worked out all the numbers and had all the paperwork in order. I was in shock. Not only was this the easiest new car negotiation I had ever experienced it was an enjoyable experience. The next meeting was with Jeffery Calaleu the finance guy. He was very knowledgeable with all services that were available and was more than willing to willing to explain all of the finance options available. Car pick up day. Again we were greeted upon arrival at the dealership by Stephen. Another painless process. We were in and out in less than 45 mins. Five stars doesn’t say enough for these guys. I rate them a 6 out of 5. More

Best Dealership in the GTHA I have had many experiences with various dealerships in the past that have simply instilled in me a strong distaste for vehicle dealerships. Two weeks I have had many experiences with various dealerships in the past that have simply instilled in me a strong distaste for vehicle dealerships. Two weeks ago, my brothers and I were searching for a new vehicle and after a few disastrous conversations, we ended up at Georgetown Chevrolet. From the very first handshake with Bianca Wilson to the moment we drove away in our new Equinox 1 week later, everything was just perfect! The entire dealership (almost literally) came together to provide us with the best purchasing decision in a long time. From the finance team to the service team to the management team, every one we came in contact with had sincere hearts and a super positive vibe. Bianca was a big blessing to us. She was honest and sincere from the start, treated us with utmost respect and was super kind to us when we were just being difficult. She ensured we had all the information we needed to make our purchase decision as easy as possible. We were able to secure an amazing price for the vehicle (better than expected), and everything was explained and set up for us before we left the lot - including a full tank of gas!! Thanks to Georgetown Chev I now have my 2018 Traverse! Craig at Georgetown Chevrolet was great to deal with!
