I apologize that your issues were not resolved the first time, and we look forward to the opportunity to make it up to you. I have close to 30 years working towards better customer service and I'm afraid the situation was fragile from the beginning. I believe that emotions were running high and the time we spent talking was not at all effective. That being said, we would never threaten violence or physical harm. Our aim is always to resolve a situation with customer service in mind, and threatening violence would not help us achieve that goal.” I'm sorry for that. I do believe that on a regular day to day service level you will find my team and myself are very customer focused. I think confrontation often overshadows things. I am reaching out with hopes that we can move forward and provide you with future service on your Hyundai.
