We got a good trade in price for our 2010. Every time we saw the car, drove it, bought it and drove it off the lot, it was raining. Syd even transferred the plates in the rain. Two days later he called to see how we liked our new car. After it stopped raining, we noticed scratches on the passenger window. He had us bring the car in to be evaluated. As a result, we received a free replacement. Thanks to Syd, it was seamless. More
