When in need Finch Chrysler went beyond expectations! I was a die hard Toyota Truck owner for the past thirty years. Early this year, on a gravel back road, a 20 yr old texting while driving ran me off t I was a die hard Toyota Truck owner for the past thirty years. Early this year, on a gravel back road, a 20 yr old texting while driving ran me off the road but before I ended up in the ditch, he hit the rear of my tried and tested true 2006 Tundra. It was written off. :( This tundra was no every day tundra. It had 260,000, bought new, synthetic oil from day 1, frame completely restored and to top it off it had brand new rubber the same weekend as the collision. This was an amazing truck as were my other Toyota's. Then came the headache of a search for a replacement truck. Trips to Toronto, trips locally, internet searches. All resulted in disappointment and lack of trust with dealerships and the system in general. Including Toyota! Then, I contacted Wayne VANSEVENANT, Finch Chrysler in London. Immediately he connected with me and actually felt my pain. A few weeks later, he put me in a new Ram 1500 ecodiesel which is the perfect vehicle for my needs. I sincerely thank Wayne, Zack and the crew at Finch for listening to me, then working with me to bring a sense of trust back into the industry.
