There was no real pressure to buy, and John was wonderful showing me exactly what I wanted. He was very knowledgable about vehicles and stock, or quick to find a solution if the dealership didn't have precisely what we wanted. I had originally come to the dealership to help my sister purchase a Grand Caravan, and look around for for myself. We ended up with (nearly) identical vehicles, and John did a great job getting us excited to be buying together. We had hoped to pick up the vans together, however due to the large sale the previous weekend, my vehicle could not be ready until the day after hers (my sister, having to come in from almost 3 hours away to pick-up, was only able to come on the agreed day). This was very upsetting to learn as we wanted to complete the experience together. Perhaps when the dealership anticipates a higher sales week, they should bring in more service staff to accommodate. More
