I also feel that Justin went above and beyond by helping us with our insurance even after we purchased the car, which showed that he genuinely wanted to help and cared about his customers even after we purchased the vehicle and not only during. The customer service at Finch was a great experience. Every question I had was answered, every unknown for me as this was all new, everyone was very patient and understanding, informative and so helpful finding me a vehicle I would enjoy to drive. Craig Harwood went above and beyond, taking me on several test drives making sure I found one that fit both my kids and my needs and my budget. The customer service I received was excellent, above expectation. I was nervous doing this on my own, and they all made me fell so comfortable, helped me in anyway they could, made this process go as smoothly as they could. Everyone at Finch was very friendly and made it a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to anyone! Wish I could pop in and visit, thanks guys! More
