I felt he was sincere in making sure that I was happy with the final selection. Information was shared openly and in a timely way. I did not feel that I was being pressured at any time, but in fact, we reached a deal much faster than I thought would happen. Recently, I purchased, my dream car, a Cadillac SRX Premium, from Mark Klein. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about all the vehicles that were available.
