I have bad credit, as most people think it is impossible to get a car financed with bad credit. I had gone to a Mazda Dealership in Burlington, ON and by the time all was said and done with the finance department, I was told to take transit. Needless to say, I was pretty upset with the response received. I was recommended by two people to go to Automall Clearance Centre (one of which has filed for bankruptcy in the past) to see Stewart Honsberger. I started the process with Stewart over the phone which was handled very professionally. I went in to see Stewart a few days after I had started the process to look at the car I was interested in and to find out if I was even approved, due to my credit history. I could tell how much work Stewart put into the communication between himself and the car lenders in order to get me approved as I know it couldn’t have been easy. I never thought for a moment I would get approved, and felt that I would be stuck buying another junker out right for 3k...no thanks. (I wanted a car that I LOVED and would last me 5-10 years as a reliable car with low car payments per month). Well, Stewart did it for me...he got me approved! Only downside was my interest rate was very high because of my poor credit history (understandable) and so I was not comfortable with the monthly payments. That’s where Mike Diamond comes in (the manager). He came into Stewarts office as he knew I was not comfortable nor happy with the monthly payment (only person to blame is myself, due to my poor credit history). Mike said to me “So what car do you want and what are we going to do for you so you can get this car, be happy with it and be comfortable with what you’re paying?” From there forward I truly felt that I was getting the best deal possible. This is what sold the car. Not only the effort put in by Stewart, the approval (a miracle) but also the manager stepping in to ensure I was completely and utterly happy with my decision, made me feel that I was doing the right thing. I signed the papers that day, and picked up my car the following day. From the first phone call to picking up my car was just under a week. (Keep in mind, faxing, phone calls to get all information to Stewart prior to arriving at the dealership) I found it to be the best customer service experience I have ever had in my lifetime. My jobs in the past were all customer service oriented therefore I understand what it takes to achieve customer satisfaction…Especially within the car business. I can’t ask for more, I’ve had my car for just over 3 weeks now and it still brings a smile to my face each time I walk up to it. I got a 2010 Mazda 3 for a great price. I wanted this car before I ever got my first car (2 years ago), because of Stewart, I finally got it, and because of Mike, I am comfortable with what I'm paying on it. I don’t think I’ve thanked two people so much before but thank you again Stewart and Mike for everything you did for me. I am so very happy with my car and I will be coming back! Carly F. We showed up and saw one that peaked our interest, but then a friendly sales person came by and apologized that he had to take this car to deliver a backup set of keys to his girlfriend who was locked out of her car. We were a little down because nothing in the front of the lot tweaked our interest, so he said go around back and have a look. Within a few minutes dropped by quickly and continued to answer our questions while keeping his girl friend waiting. We said we'd come back in an hour to discuss finding something. An hour later we showed up, and while we were waiting my wife said "I normally don't like grey but that one over there looks sharp". So we ask to take it for a test drive, and the sales guys goes "she's low on gas, do you mind putting $10 in her and saving me the receipt?". Thirty minutes late after we test drove it, we made an offer on it, and it was ours! The experience was very pleasurable, mainly because we did our homework and they respected our knowledge of what was a fair deal. More

I had spent a great deal of time shopping for my new F150 FX4 truck. I was determined to find the best value possible. It wasn't long before my search brought me to Erinwood Ford in Mississauga. Even though I was purchasing a new truck it's still a very nerve racking experience making such a large purchase over the phone on a site unseen truck. The salesperson i dealt with, Dave Grittani, was extremely helpful in explaining all the various options for delivery, payment, and sales tax implications. It took me about 3 weeks to make up my mind on purchasing my truck out of province from Erinwood and having it shipped to me. Throughout the process Dave promptly responded to dozens of emails and phone calls with questions that i had. I've had my new truck for 3 weeks now and am extremely happy with it and with Erinwood Ford. I would highly recommend them to any one else who might be thinking of purchasing a vehicle whether they're local or our of province. More

I just purchased my brand new Ford Fiesta from this dealership and I was treated with outmost respect and I got nothing but high praises for this establishment. I came in and traded my old ride for the new one and I'm more than happy with the exchange and purchase. The best part is that I was sorted out in 3 hours and drove home with the brand new ride. My sales rep was a fellow named David Grittani and when he asked me how soon do I need my new car and after I told him ASAP, he did his best to accommodate my needs. In less than three hours, keys were in my hands and I was inside my new car going home stoked. Kudos to Dave as he dealt with me and my needs with top notch professionalism. I would recommend that anyone that needs a car to talk to him first before they purchase a ford anywhere else. I'm very pleased and happy with my purchase today at erinwood ford. There was no question that I was going back to to see Lem to purchase the 2013 Ford Escape I had always wanted. I went to see Lem after I had gathered prices from other Ford dealerships and was not surprised that Lem and the team at Erinwood Ford gave me the best price by a substantial amount. It was an offer I just could not refuse; not only was it a better price then other locations, but Lem took the time to explain every financial detail to me so I clearly understood that I really was getting the best price. Not only did I get the best price, and wonderful and friendly guest experience, but I also felt all employees worked together to ensure the perfect overall guest experience. This was certainly achieved when other sales representatives were also offering help and advice. There is some great teamwork at Erinwood Ford. Again, Lem, who helped me was friendly, welcoming, insightful, and patient. Even though I knew which car I wanted; Lem never once made me feel pressured into buying it. He did however make sure that I was fully informed in all aspects of purchasing a vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle Lem was again there to guide me through all the bells and whistles, and I felt confident with the technology when I drove away. After visiting 3 other Ford dealers on my quest to find the right Ford Edge, my coworker recommended me to speak to Erinwood Ford's manager John Brimo. He took the time to sit down and *listen*. He listened to what I was looking for, and suggested a specific trim that no one else even acknowledged. I was treated with respect and felt like they would go out of their way to accomodate me, and they didn't play the 'counter-offer' game. I asked for a reasonable price, and they delivered right out of the gate, without needing to haggle or negotiate. What a relief. John made sure that my old car—which I sold outside of the dealership—would be routed through the lease papers so that I could save on the trade-in HST deduction, saving an extra $20/month. I was very satisfied with not only the price he gave me, but also the lack of hassle. Winning combo in my books. I would and am actively recommending John and the team at Erinwood Ford. I'm convinced that they will do everything they can to get you in a Ford from them the right way. No secret meetings. No hums and haws. For the record, I got a 2013 Ford Edge Style Package with 3km on the odometer. The first 2000km have been heaven! More

Mr. Ashok Tewary is one of the business managers at ErinWood ford. I purchased a new mustang from this facility. The car is great no problem yet. I was to have the tricare rust protection package applied /installed to the vechicle. This was going to be installed after I took delivery. Before this package was installed I change my mind and asked if my monies could be refunded and this intallation canceled. Mr Tewary refused to refund my monies on services and product not yet applied or taken. So the deal at this facility Erinwood ford is if you give them money you will not get a cent back under any circumstances... To add more to this story the car was a month and a half late, on a factory order with little explaination other than mustangs are hot and the plant can't keep up with the demand, please a treat your customers with more respect than this. Don't buy from this Pathetic facility Erinwood ford. More
