Great used car purchase Over the holidays we decided to take some time to seek out a newer used car. While we liked the car and it drove fine, we decided to pay more for a newer car with factory warranty left. We scoured several other dealers and met up with some salespeople that didn't have any concept of customer service. Used car inventory can also present challenges in getting the model you want. Eventually we returned to the Automall. Ali Sharafedlin was straight forward with us. The good selection at this store meant they had a car we were looking for with low kms. I did not want to sit there all day. Ali and Nick, the manager, made the process easy, and we arrived at a fair price. Asking for an independent mechanical inspection was met with no objection. We took the car for the inspection and the two items found were addressed before we picked up the car. Even though the weather was bitter, the car was delivered clean both interior and exterior. We have always bought used cars and never relish the process. But Ali made every effort to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Nobody engaged in high pressure sales, either for the car, financing, or add-ons. . We felt we were treated fairly and honestly and would recommend you go see Ali if you are looking for a good used car. More

White was a difficult colour to find because there was very limited supply, especially with Fords sales promotions. Lem helped scour dealerships throughout Ontario to find our dream car. After several missed opportunities with the few remaining White 2014 Escapes in Ontario, Lem tirelessly continued to hunt down what we wanted. Eventually, we took Lem's advice to consider 2015's because inventory for a 2014 in pearl white or black (our hesitant 2nd choice) simply didn't seem to exist anymore. Lem was able to put together a comparable deal on a 2015 with the options we had our eyes on and within our budget. We really appreciate how hard Lem fought to find what we were looking for, his patience and determination to satisfy our needs is truly inspiring. We are very pleased (and proud) to be now driving a gorgeous 2015 Pearl White Ford Escape. More
