Great Sales Service - Best Price I live in Toronto so Erinwood Ford not the closest dealer for me, but it was the one that had the best price and service. I purchased a a 2016 Ford E I live in Toronto so Erinwood Ford not the closest dealer for me, but it was the one that had the best price and service. I purchased a a 2016 Ford Escape because I wanted Sync 3, Some other dealers did not understand the difference between Sync 3 and older car information systems. The selection of models at Erinwood was far greater than at other dealers. I was able to test drive the car I wanted and they had one available on the lot. Other dealers still had the 2016 on order. The advertised price at Erinwood was fair and lower than a price I could negotiate at other dealers. Other dealers did offer to match that price once they saw the price at Erinwood Ford, but again they did not have the model in stock. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle or service plans. The sales person, Vivian Szatmari , was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I could always bring the car to another dealer for service, but I was impressed with Erinwood Ford and will likely have the car serviced there. More

Luckily, this sales associate named Ali Sharafeldin came towards me and asked me if I was interested in purchasing a car. Earlier in the day, I went through 3 other dealerships and to be honest the sales associates in those other dealerships were a complete waste of time. I'm glad I met Ali and I am amazed at the car he recommended for me because it works great and what he said about the car was absoulety true. If I intend to look for cars in the future, Ali is the person to talk to. I am spreading the word out as this is the best dealership experience I have experienced. More

I had purchased my first Ford Edge with Dave Grittani and he gave me a great deal on a new Edge 3 years ago. Recently I had leased a new edge but inquired about terminating my lease early as I was already over mileage. Dave gave me a great deal on a buyout and on a new edge. Once we hammered out what I wanted, it was a very quick and pleasant process. One thing I noticed since this is my first repeat sale is that, it is much better going through the same dealership on your next vehicle as they know you and have all your details and it makes the process even quicker. Salesperson left me to sit there and wait and ultimately was not knowledgeable about the product. Management would not honour my deal until I took the issue up with the President. Recently went back to look for another car (despite my better judgement). Same salesman told me he did not want to deal with me because I submitted a poor review of his service (deservedly). Told me he would not help me and to go elsewhere; "there are plenty of other ford dealerships". I will never buy from this dealership again. I urge everyone and anyone to stay clear of this place. Dont know their product, Dont honour pricing, Just DONT go! Leased a car from another dealership in the same automall that night. Way better experience. More
