He offered different options and when we called the next day asking for more information, he got it to us quickly so we could make a decision. I had purchased my first Ford Edge with Dave Grittani and he gave me a great deal on a new Edge 3 years ago. Recently I had leased a new edge but inquired about terminating my lease early as I was already over mileage. Dave gave me a great deal on a buyout and on a new edge. Once we hammered out what I wanted, it was a very quick and pleasant process. One thing I noticed since this is my first repeat sale is that, it is much better going through the same dealership on your next vehicle as they know you and have all your details and it makes the process even quicker. Terrible Service Leased two vehicles from this dealership (within 2 years) 2nd time waited over an hour to pick up a vehicle that turned out to be a different spec the Leased two vehicles from this dealership (within 2 years) 2nd time waited over an hour to pick up a vehicle that turned out to be a different spec then what was agreed upon. Salesperson left me to sit there and wait and ultimately was not knowledgeable about the product. Management would not honour my deal until I took the issue up with the President. Recently went back to look for another car (despite my better judgement). Same salesman told me he did not want to deal with me because I submitted a poor review of his service (deservedly). Told me he would not help me and to go elsewhere; "there are plenty of other ford dealerships". I will never buy from this dealership again. I urge everyone and anyone to stay clear of this place. Dont know their product, Dont honour pricing, Just DONT go! Leased a car from another dealership in the same automall that night. Way better experience. More
