I called, he called me back and we went over what I was going to use the truck for. Mark took me through options, and was great in helping me understand all the different packages. Together we put together what the best option was for me. At no point was I pressured, and he really was all about getting me into the truck that best suited me. I have no hesitation recommending Mark as a gentleman you should use to purchase your next car. Goes above and beyond. I took the train to Clarkson station (I live in Bradford), and Mark picked me up at the Go Station. Both on the day for the test drive, and on the day I was picking up the truck.
