At the time of me buying my car, the dealership was under construction but they still did everything to make it as comfortable as possible. The actual buying experience was smooth and quick and the dealer was running around trying to find the vehicle I wanted exactly. Once all was said and done I picked up my new Escape a day and a half later. With onsite licensing and everything the process can be quick and painless. It's so easy to purchase a car from Erin wood, Graham knows every little details about the Ford products, from setting up the Blue Tooth, to surprises us with a set of winter mats and a beautiful bug deflector everything was perfect. Needless to say Carol Buckwald was amazing in overseeing the financing aspect of the purchase of this beautiful black rocket pocket, or as my wife calls it "Panterita" Little panther in spanish.
