On delivery Addy was great and knowledgable about all the features found in my F150. He also did me a HUGE favour after I drove off the lot with me new truck, he found my keys for me; that I had dropped during the initial excitement of the new vehicle. And ensured they were kept safe until I could retrieve them. The buying environment at Erinwood and with Addy was relaxed with no pressure. Everyone in the office was very friendly with a family atmosphere. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will be paying Addy a visit. More

He didn't push, gave me options and when I did find the car that I wanted to purchase, made everything so simple and easy, I can't help but smile when I think about it. With the help of Chris, and Nick, Ali made my entire experience painless and exciting, and made it easy to forget that the whole reason I was there was because of an accident! I can't recommend these guys, or this dealership enough. Professional, courteous and without comparison from start to finish. 5 Stars really doesn't give enough credit to the team I worked with, or the dealership as a whole. I can't imagine I would have been able to find a more helpful, consistent or welcoming group of people anywhere else.
