Recognizing great customer service when I see it! We needed a new car - this was the main objective when we left home, a week ago. We have been lifer Ford customers, from even back in the bad old days, but we honestly had in mind to look at what the wider market had to offer, beyond Ford. When we arrived at the dealership, we were quite surprised by the attractiveness and reasonable pricing of the vehicles in the fleet- this really made us think. However what really sold us on the vehicle comprehensively- a Ford Focus sport, was the very very high quality of the customer service. Rob, your sales manager, was way beyond excellent and I truly mean it. There was not a problem that arose that he could not find a solution for or around, and there were more than a few, I will say (car was my wife's!). Rob is definitely our guy no doubt about that- you are probably not paying him enough. Already know where my next car will come from...thx Rob Clifton More

I went into their lot so my friend could look at a truck she dreams of buying... I wasn't even considering buying a Ford. As we browsed, we were greeted by John Isaac and we started a casual conversation like I would with any of my friends. Cars weren't even mentioned until I brought it up. That was what made me decide to buy from John. The rims that I wanted for the Edge wasn't available in the model that I was buying unfortunately, but that didn't stop John and Nick (who could win best dressed any day of the week) from going out of their way to get them for me. I can't thank you enough guys. The next day I was in the office with Bory signing all the paperwork and just like that I went from not considering a Ford to owning one. There's no way that I wouldn't recommend someone come in and buy a car from these guys. Even if you don't end up buying anything, you'll have made a new friend. More

Was not looking for a specific sales person and Martin ended up being assigned to me for the evening. Martin was very friendly and engaged in his work. To me it felt more as if I was just looking at vehicles with a friend rather than a pushy salesman trying to force me into something or push extras / different cars on me. After my test drive Martin did not ask me if I was going to buy it or when; he just said "let me know when you are ready, and give me a call" I really appreciated this courtesy as many sales people will call and call and follow up and push for results rather than being patient and respectful to their client. When I bought the car he worked really hard along with his colleagues to get the car prepared for me in just 2 days which was awesome. My overall experience with Martin was fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy from Erinwood. More
