I took it for a test drive, then went inside and made an offer on the car - eventually I purchased it. Throughout the entire process Doug was beyond helpful and just overall pleasant to deal with and buy a car from, something I didn't feel from the other dealers I went to. As long as the Fusion holds up, I'm going to be a Ford customer for many years to come. More

New Ford Escape - 2017 I have been a Ford guy for the last 13 years. I would always and have already referred a couple of my friends to buy a Ford as long as it is Martin who is looking after you, you can never go wrong. He helped me work out a great deal and I bought on a Thursday and picked up on a Monday. Probably would have been faster if licensing was open on weekends! He was always very helpful and went out of his way to facilitate the peripheral necessities such as financing info and insurance etc. He was always available by email and cell and helped me get what I needed from the dealership in a very timely manner. I walked in without an appointment but was told all salespeople were busy but one would get to me as soon as they were available. Mark McGuire saw me waiting with my wife and son,( who is 3 and can be quite hard to keep still) and came over to help answer some of my questions while the customers he was helping had gone on a test drive, he was very knowledgeable and greatly assisted me in deciding what model, powertrain, and finance options would be best suited for me.since he was crazy busy, I took his card and proceeded home to think about this big purchase.2 weeks later I called him to make an appointment to purchase my truck, he actually remembered me! He guided me through step by step with absolutely no pressure whatsoever in doing a special order f150.a month later when my truck came in I was very excited to take possession. It came in on a Wednesday, but he was away at a sign and drive event and would not be in to work. So the next morning I gave him a call to his cell which he had given me the number to,he did not pick up,I left a voicemail.20 mins later he called me back, Turns out it was his day off.i was amazed that he Called me back even though it was his day off.and he proceeded to spend an hour of his day off over the phone with erinwood to organize my truck for pickup on Saturday morning,( as I really loved to have it for the weekend)when I picked up on Saturday morning the truck looked just as I had hoped...PERFECT! As such, we drove our 2001 minivan until it almost died. As the end of its life was nearing, my husband and I began our search for a new car.
