"EXCELLENT Customer Care!!!" I emailed Erinwood Ford to request a test drive on two cars I had seen on the website. Within minutes I had a response from Martin telling me no prob I emailed Erinwood Ford to request a test drive on two cars I had seen on the website. Within minutes I had a response from Martin telling me no problem I could come in that same day at the time I requested (which I might add, was short notice). Upon meeting Martin that same day he was so upbeat, helpful and accommodating. I immediately felt at ease, which I did not at other dealerships where I had gone to look at a new vehicle. The next day I called Martin in the morning and asked if I could test drive 2 other vehicles that I had seen on the website. Once again it was no problem and I was able to go over during my lunch hour to test drive the cars. Well I only drove one, Edge Titanium, and once I did, I didn't need to test drive the other vehicle. Martin was so helpful answering my questions and making sure I had the right vehicle to suit my needs. We were able to make a deal, which I am quite happy about. On the day of delivery, I was supposed to pick up car after 5. I emailed Martin @ 10 am asking if we could change pick up time to 1 pm. His response was "No Problem!" He was so accommodating and always with a smile! When I said I was taking a taxi to pick up the car his immediate response was, "I'll come to pick you up!" and he did! I'm going to miss my lunch hour test drives! Martin was the best! I would definitely recommend him to my friends and will be back to see Martin for my next car or just to pop by and say Hi! Also, Adam in the Finance Dept. was very friendly and explained details quite clearly to me. I didn't really have to deal with him that much. Both Martin and Adam were very professional. More

We got what we wanted! We found the car on internet and called in and Orlando took the call. Right off the bat he was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was not sure about the car and was still shopping around but Orlando called a few days later and I came in to check out the car. I am so glad I came in to see the car because my wife and I ended up loving it. Orlando was always available to take our calls and guide us through the entire process. He was very accommodating and stayed late to ensure my wife could also see the vehicle after work on a cold rainy Friday evening. It ended up being a very easy and painless process and we drove away with our car 2 days after the initial test drive. When we want to buy our next car we will come back and see if Orlando is still there! More
