He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles right down to the little tips and tricks with the keyless entry codes. I came all the way from Stoney Creek to check out the vehicles at Erinwood and I was very satisfied. I will definitely return here in the future. The best part of this whole experience was that I felt NO pressure from Doug. I hate going to a dealership and feeling pressured to buy instantly. It was almost 2 hours away from our home but to me service matters. So I emailed Martin let him know we were coming that evening and he quickly replied saying he was looking forward to meeting with us, this was the first email of many that were quickly answered. When we got there that night we realized that Martin had waited for us even though his shift was over and it was his birthday! Martin took his time with us showing us many options in our price range, we felt like we were his friends not his customers. The entire team and overall vibe at Erinwood Ford was just amazing! I did go in without an appointment due to my schedule and husband's, we did meet with Kyle...immediately loved the car and the deal and purchased the vehicle!!. Kyle had me in and out of the office within an hour with no issues. Picked up my car the very next day, which was all clean and detailed with no issues at all again. I did get to meet Orlando. who was also very pleasant and helpful.
