I wanted to take a minute to let you know how absolutely gorgeous your new build Ford Dealership is; it is fabulous! The layout is wonderful, the attention to detail and customer comfort far exceeds any of my high expectations. When setting up my booking I was advised it would take up to 1-1/2 hours; much to my surprise the job was done in 45 minutes, just as I was getting settled in to watching daytime TV, which is unheard of in my routine. My friend and I were especially pleased with being able to make our own Keurig coffee from your wonderful selection. Great idea to have that, rather than putting on a pot at a time and wasting it. The customer comforts you provide in the Service Dept waiting area are superb. Chris in Service was most professional and efficient. My sales rep, Mark Maguire took time to say hi and chat a spell with us, on a busy Saturday. When my lease is up, if I do not buy out my Edge, you can rest assured I will be back, and hopefully not cause you excessive gray hair! So, kudos to you all for toughing out the construction phase of your massive new build ….. anything worth having is worth waiting for.
