Upon delivery of my vehicle, even though it was a very busy day at Erin Wood, Doug went above and beyond my expectations in showing me the features in detail. I have been a District Sales Manager in the past for a number of years and I cannot speak highly enough about Doug's efforts and dedication to his customers.
