Amazing Dealer and customer service I just bought a 2016 Focus RS and couldn't be happier with the dealership and sales guy Doug Keen. From writing up the work order to ensuring that I was shuttled to my destination, Chris made the entire process a simple and pleasant one. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, Chris took the time to review everything that was done on my vehicle, including all of the concerns I had mentioned when I originally dropped off my car (he did not miss one single item!).
