Due to my immigration status, it took him lots of communication efforts to finish my deal, but his professionalism is unquestionable. As a customer, I'm really satisfied with his attitude of being considerate for my benefits instead of profits for the business, which makes everything much easier. The first time I walked into his office, he showed me the invoice and explains how their business is based on volume instead of profits. Knowing my plan is just to drive the car for 2-3 years, both Dave and Bory didn't promote any unnecessary warranties. If you plan to buy a Ford at GTA, Erinwood is the place to go and you can definitely find a good deal from Dave. More

From first introductions to handing over the keys, Raj was very professional, courteous and friendly. Despite the fact my wife and I were purchasing a lower end used vehicle, we were always treated like our purchase was valued and important to Raj (and Erinwood). Raj was entirely focused on our needs, questions and concerns and always with a leisurely low pressure approach. Raj's detailed methodical approach to process and customer service was much appreciated by us we were surprised he took the time to contact our insurance company to ensure they had all the pertinent information they required. It was a terrific shopping experience. Raj and fellow associates (tip of the hat for John Isaac) made taking our money less painful. Well done Raj and the Erinwood Ford team. I first came to Erinwood in 2016, to assist my twin sons with their first new car purchases, first in June 2016 (purchased a new 2016 Mustang V6 and then a new 2016 F150 in October 2016). Martin Menzies was the salesman who assisted us and his knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness made their new car purchase experience a positive and memorable one that they'll never forget (they are still in contact with him on FB). I then came back in March 2017 and purchased a new 2017 Mustang convertible GT with the PP. I'm very demanding, and perhaps a little high maintenance, but Martin went over and above to make this journey a positive and memorable one as well. My sons have had their first maintenance services at Erinwood, and the service dept is outstanding as well. I will definitely be back when the wife is in the market for a new car, These guys definitely will not disappoint. Honestly, it felt like family From my first visit to enquire about the possibility of buying a new vehicle(A-Plan employee), I never felt like there needed to be a sale by Martin M From my first visit to enquire about the possibility of buying a new vehicle(A-Plan employee), I never felt like there needed to be a sale by Martin Menzies. He was a great sounding board for me as I was considering what to do. I have 2 teenage drivers and both in/on their way to University . I ended up purchasing a used vehicle 3 weeks later to save $ ( not from Erinwood but from a friend). After 2 weeks I realized it wasn't the car for me but knew I would lose$ trading it in...I called a few dealerships and when Martin said to bring the car over to assess it ,he and Brad Cruickshank, were able to come up with what I thought was a reasonable offer. No need to run around as I really felt like they cared. I know sales need to be made but it sure didn't feel like it. Robyn Barrett was so easy to chat with even though it was extra extra busy being the end of the month. She was great explaining all the financing and I am the VERY proud owner of an awesome 2017 Ford Escape. ( nicest one on the road!!!) Thank you Robyn , Brad and Martin for making my 50th birthday gift to myself the best ever....I would highly recommend Erinwood and these great staff to anyone who may read this. More
