Csutomer Service Excellence We have 3 fords in our family, 2 bought from Erinwood. 1 bought from London dealer, but originated from Erinwood. There was a problem 1 month after warranty expired, having gone through Ford Canada, then back to Erinwood we got connected to Shawn Moon. My husband had researched the issue and conveyed the problem. The apt was made and at that time any costs for correcting the issue. The problem was fixed and there was no charge. Additionally, my daughter was happy that she got a courtesy car for the time that it took to solve the problem (overnight). The problem was addressed very professionally and resolved at no cost to us. Needless to say, we are very happy with the customer service received by Shawn and his team. More

I would buy my next vehicle from this Dealer for sure I was in the market for a new F 150 but needed help with the package, colour, features and options. I first went to Yonge and Steeles Ford and met with Howard. Howard wasn't helpful and seemed to belittle me making me feel insignificant. He said " we sell more Trucks than any other dealer in Canada". He asked what I did for a living and after that it was a poker face stand off. So I reached out to a friend in automotive media and he said come with me to Dave's Dealership he will set you up. We arrived Saturday and Dave was bright eyed and bushy tailed. The entire staff seemed to buzzing around with spring spirit. I was introduced to Martin and what can I say, we clicked instantly. He bent over backwards to make the deal happen. He really took an interest in my wants and needs. Both Dave and Martin's personal insight about the F 150 Truck is what sold me and I bought a brand new vehicle that day. Carol in Financing was unbelievable right from the start. I will be back in a couple of weeks to purchase my Truck bed liner from Erinwood Ford they are fantastic. More

Great Service I recently went to Erinwood to order a 2017 F150 after having family members purchase cars from this dealership in the past. The experience was excell I recently went to Erinwood to order a 2017 F150 after having family members purchase cars from this dealership in the past. The experience was excellent and relatively painless. Victor answered all questions I had and made the process of ordering the exact vehicle I wanted very easy. He assisted me on his day off because it was convenient for me and got me an excellent deal. Truly I felt as though he was working with me to get the best deal he could; not working for the dealer or himself to try and get me something I didn't want or gouge me on price. Robyn assisted with the financing and I felt was actually interested in selling me warranties and services that would be helpful. Again, interested in how I will use the vehicle and not up selling me for the dealerships benefit. I would recommend anyone looking at purchasing a Ford to this dealership, or these 2 fine employees. On a related note, the service and parts department are excellent as well. Great prices, quick service and knowledgeable. He go here, over our local dealers, because the service is superior and worth the inconvenience of traveling out of our way.
