No pressure, just top shelf professionalism which exceeded our expectations in purchasing a new vehicle. Dave is very informed about Erinwood's inventory and did not up sell us or force a deal. I was in no hurry in purchasing a vehicle, but the price he offered was too good to refuse. Our local dealers were $$$$ more. Take the drive you won't regret it. What stood out the most was how much he cared for his customer. For example, after locking in a price for the truck we wanted Dave informed us that the truck would be ready with the additional accessories we requested in just a short week. A couple of days went by and Dave contacted us notifying that there was a new announcement from Ford that if you had currently owned a Ford (which we owned a 2005 Ford F-150) you received an additional $750 off the price of your new Ford. This announcement came after we agreed upon a price. Most sales reps at different dealers probably would have kept quiet and pocketed the $750 themselves as the price was already agreed upon. However, Dave went out of his way to grant us the $750 off the truck! This was much appreciated. Anybody that gets Dave as a Sales Rep is very lucky. More

I was told by one Advisor that I would need to make an appt. to have a diagnostic done to see what the problem was. I had mentioned that I had purchased a new battery and that wasn't it. It was just then that Chris, an Advisor over suggested that before I spent that kind of money, perhaps he would be able to sort out the problem. It turned out he could and I was so happy and grateful as the alarms had been going off; I could not lock the car with the button inside and it was unsettling. He just made my day! It is because of his quick service and solution, unsolicited (certainly a solution unknown to me) I will return to Erinwood Ford to purchase a new key and fob and will consider in the future purchasing my next Ford.
