He made sure to get me a beverage and escorted me to his desk. I could tell right away he loves his job and making the customer feel comfortable is his number one priority. I told him i was looking for an F-150 and he was quick to ask about my needs in the truck. it was very apparent he's extremely familiar with the entire product rang and options. We continued to chat while he navigated the large inventory and brought up a few that were exactly what i was looking for. I wouldn't have been able to do it alone. Neither of the first two salesperson on the phone seem to have any deep knowledge about their own product. And I decided to come and make the deal in person. Then I met Martin who knows what he's talking abt. He showed me the gunmetal one and I told him this is a deal. And I met the director of sales Nick appraised my 2016 Porsche and explained the pro and con to trade it in. We had fun, got the deal done. Finally met the business manager etc. took delivery in two days. Every thing is effiecient and smooth. And I love the truck. Will always recommend this dealership and to Martin.
