No pressure, just top shelf professionalism which exceeded our expectations in purchasing a new vehicle. Dave is very informed about Erinwood's inventory and did not up sell us or force a deal. I was in no hurry in purchasing a vehicle, but the price he offered was too good to refuse. Our local dealers were $$$$ more. Take the drive you won't regret it. Service Advisor - Chris Scott Good Morning, I was in your dealership on August 29, 2017, Service Department, because my fob would not work. I was told by one Advisor that I woul Good Morning, I was in your dealership on August 29, 2017, Service Department, because my fob would not work. I was told by one Advisor that I would need to make an appt. to have a diagnostic done to see what the problem was. I had mentioned that I had purchased a new battery and that wasn't it. It was just then that Chris, an Advisor over suggested that before I spent that kind of money, perhaps he would be able to sort out the problem. It turned out he could and I was so happy and grateful as the alarms had been going off; I could not lock the car with the button inside and it was unsettling. He just made my day! It is because of his quick service and solution, unsolicited (certainly a solution unknown to me) I will return to Erinwood Ford to purchase a new key and fob and will consider in the future purchasing my next Ford. We continued to chat while he navigated the large inventory and brought up a few that were exactly what i was looking for. I wouldn't have been able to do it alone.
