Wash the cap before installing? I bought a used truck from Erinwood Ford in June. The truck had a CTC cap on but needed a light replaced to pass the safety. The cover was removed and I took the truck home in June. Today I brought my truck back to have the cap installed. It took about two and a half hours to install and when I asked about having the cap washed as it had been stored somewhere in the shop for three months, I was told that was not his job and to contact my salesman. Not my idea of good customer service. More

The general manager Brad was also exceptional, making sure i got the van i wanted at the most affordable price and making the trip from Oshawa worth the travel time. The financial team made a seemingly impossible task a viable option and i couldn't be happier. Being self employeed is never an easy task to get financing but Bory and Dom made it happen within terms that are very comfortable!
