Best Ford dealership you could ever go to. I drove over 2 hours to get to this dealership for 1 reason, and that is the excellent customer service they provide. Being a first time lease-or, Kyl I drove over 2 hours to get to this dealership for 1 reason, and that is the excellent customer service they provide. Being a first time lease-or, Kyle, took care of me from start to finish. Kyle had provided me with his full attention and all his time in helping me choose the right truck, and trust me I am the most indecisive person. He would answer all my emails and calls in a timely manner and even stayed past his work hours to make sure the truck was delivered to me on time. Honestly the best prices at this dealership by far. I arrived late, yet the Truck was clean inside and out ready to go. Bory and Kyle walked me through the contract and papers again and made sure I understood everything and took their time to explain to me everything. Manager Dave was their also late to help congratulate me on my new truck. This is so worth the 2 hour drive, and I will definitely be coming back for my next truck! Fantastic experience with exceptional customer service. I called in at 6:00pm for service during the Christmas rush as I needed to get my car fixed in order to get to work the next day. The next morning I I called in at 6:00pm for service during the Christmas rush as I needed to get my car fixed in order to get to work the next day. The next morning I dropped my car off to Chris Scott who was extremely helpful and was able to fit me in and offered to have the shuttle take me to work. 3 hours later my car was done and ready for the road. This all happened while the service department was working at full capacity. Thanks so much to Erinwood Ford, and especially Chris Scott for helping me get out of my bind and back on the road. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
