Two thumbs up for the Erinwood Ford team I picked up my new 2018 Escape Titanium today (March 24), four years to the day of my 2014 Fusion (and fourth vehicle from Erinwood Ford) and though I picked up my new 2018 Escape Titanium today (March 24), four years to the day of my 2014 Fusion (and fourth vehicle from Erinwood Ford) and though nothing much have changed except for the beautifully renovated building, the Erinwood Ford staff is still SECOND TO NONE!. These people know what customer server is all about. I have to make specific mention of two people, Graham Townsend and George Hill, Graham knows his stuff and he is aware of what I like so trusting him is always easy, George is always easy to work with and to negotiate to a satisfactory conclusion, you guys make me feel like part of your team. With the new technologies that Ford has introduced in their vehicles, and the excellent service provided by the Erinwood Ford team specifically by the two gentlemen mentioned about, buying a new vehicle is more fun than ever.
