Our sales rep was Jerry McLeod, who took care of us and made the test drive process and purchase painess. The no haggle pricing made things easy. Stewart Honsberger, the Financial Services Manager made the financing painless. We had great service afterwards helping us with a couple minor issues we encountered shortly after taking delivery of the vehicle. I was thinking about buying a car for a couple of months, but I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. When I spoke to Addy, he made my experience stress-free and easy. One thing I was sure about was to factory order my brand new Fusion Energi and within a few days, Addy found exactly what I wanted. Once I came in with my family, Addy had everything organized and ready prior to my appointment and had the exact car ready for me to test drive. After my vehicle finally arrived, I was contacted right away to set up a delivery date and Addy took his time and explained every little detail thoroughly about my Fusion Energi. We felt a little pressured at other dealers, with sales rep's pushing hard to upsell. We were never pressured at Erinwood and I always felt as if Mark was always working with our best interest in mind, and completely within our schedule. I googled to see if there are any Ford dealerships open on Sunday's, and they came up. I checked out the website to see if they had available stock of what we were looking for and they had a great selection available. For some reason I decided to checked out the Staff section of the website as a scrolled through the pics, I stopped at the picture of a sales representative with a big smile, he caught my attention. The next morning on the Sunday we called the dealership to arrange an appointment for that day. When we arrived to the dealership, to our delight we were scheduled to see Mark! The guy on the website with the big smile. I had a good feeling about this place and we confidently bought our vehicle that same day.
