Mike got his 2017 mustang gt performance package in black I had on my mind for a while that I wanted to trade up my 2012 mustang v6 mca edition with performance package for a 5.0 mustang. I was real picky on I had on my mind for a while that I wanted to trade up my 2012 mustang v6 mca edition with performance package for a 5.0 mustang. I was real picky on what I wanted for a new mustang. I wanted cloth sport seats ( I hate the feal of leather) I wanted it black, it had to be a 5.0 V8, and lastly I wanted it to be with the performance package.......big must. I live in Vaughan and I checked my local Ford lots but came up short. So after a quick search online I came across Erinwood Ford and there it was. My wife Jennifer made a call and Matt Trueman answered setting us up to meet and have the mustang ready to view. Matt is an amazing salesperson and I for sure will buy from him again soon. He is not your typical sales person....... he's a car guy ( he owns a new yellow soft-top mustang 5.0 ) and layed back and extremely knowledgable of the new mustang. He made my wife Jennifer and I feel at home and he went through all of the paperwork not rushing us at all. My experience working with Matt was simply amazing. He made the process fun and not stressful at all. Also, I would like to also say a big thank you to Robyn Barrett in the Finance dept. Once again, Robyn made the process so quick and painless and she is such a people person. My experience really didn't feel like I was buying a car at a dealership, it felt more like being treated like good friends while buying a new car if that makes any sense. A Sales Experience Like No Other We arrived bright and early at Erinwood Ford and we're wandering the parking lot taking a look at the different vehicles, when the door opened and th We arrived bright and early at Erinwood Ford and we're wandering the parking lot taking a look at the different vehicles, when the door opened and there was a gentleman standing there, a big smile on his face. He invited us in, even though the dealership had not opened yet. He introduced himself as Mark, and even though it was early in the morning, he was in a great mood. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and he ran around looking for it and produced the vehicle. He gave us the keys and told us to enjoy our ride. The car buying process went downhill from there, no fault of Marks. After getting settled in the new car, I realized I had no idea how to operate it. I went back in and asked Mark if he could show me how the car worked. He apologized immediately. We went back outside and he asked if I would like to drive and I said no you do it first. He very calmly and repeatedly explained the inns and out of the car. He then took me for a test drive. Again he explained some more of the buttons. When I felt comfortable, we then traded places and he had me drive the car. Working at a position like this, you run into all kinds of situations. Well, Mark was not prepared for the one he received that Sunday morning, but through it all he remained very Professional and took control of the situation and worked through it and still smiled all the way. Thank you Mark. A great experience. Understanding Salesperson, no pressure, step by step instructions. Even had his lunches interrupted and no complaints.
