Provided an initial quote over phone and emailed it to me. The next week I sat with him, looked over the different series of vehicles & test drove a few to ensure I was selecting the correct one! Mark didn't apply your typical "sales pressure" on me, like I had felt at other dealerships. If you are looking for the best deal, and a straight shooter, I highly recommend Mark. So when my wife & me decided to buy a second car for us after almost 7 years , first thing she asked me why dont we talk to habib? so when I called him, amazingly he recognized me rightaway and helped us to find the right vehicle and walked through the financing process and so on , it took almost like one month for us due to busy work schedules to choose the right vehicle and he never pushed us all this time , we did couple of test drives on diffrent vehicles , and bought a ford certified 2015 focus for the price that i never found in other dealershipsin this week. so we are so satisfied and happy ,So Habib, we will see you again when we gonna buy the next vehicle for our daughter soon. Orlando was also terrible, right from the beginning he didn't care that we were there to buy a vehicle and was rushing us to pick a vehicle. Very rude service from both individuals. Cannot believe these guys are still in business. More
