Not your worrisome Used Car Nightmare I was looking for a specific minivan per the wife. Was lucky enough to be the first to inquire about the one at ErinwoodFord Clearance Center. In spe I was looking for a specific minivan per the wife. Was lucky enough to be the first to inquire about the one at ErinwoodFord Clearance Center. In speaking with Sam, I arranged to review the vehicle as soon as possible. Sam was transparent and forward explaining the vehicle was not yet safety certified but would accomodate my request. Sam took note of my concerns and when back in the office, Mike D. reassured me that most if not all the items would be corrected to pass the safety certification. They had no reservations in making point by point notes on the bill of sale for these items to be correct ed d upon delivery. , I spoke with Robyn for the extended warranty. She took me through the different coverages and if I wasn't mechanically inclined would have considered them. I politely thanked her and declined and she shook my hand and told me I was still able to sign up even at vehicle delivery. Sam called me before the delivery day to inform me that the dealership needed to complete a factory recall on my behalf (Perfect! Get it over with now and not on my time). Today's the delivery day. Sam walked through every item he had written on the contract as well as the factory recall item. Paperwork and keys handover was effortless and took much less time than I thought. Sam, Mike D. and Robyn were superb in their polite, respectful and approachable manner. I highly recommend that you consider Erinwood Ford and their staff to trust them with your car buying experience. More
