Satisfaction at Erinwood Ford I had previously bought a used car from Erinwood and recently returned as a repeat customer. I had originally planned on looking at a used Focus but I had previously bought a used car from Erinwood and recently returned as a repeat customer. I had originally planned on looking at a used Focus but in my discussion with the salesperson (Habib Ahmed) the attention then turned to an available 2015 Fusion. The price was slightly higher than I felt I could handle, even with a $1000 discount off the price for being a repeat customer. But Habib worked the numbers a bit more and the result was a mutually satisfactory price. The service was very good and the transaction went smoothly. I was especially impressed with Habib and his willingness to fully explain to me all of the functions and controls. Really, he spent almost a half hour making sure that I fully understood everything and several times asked me if there was anything else that I needed his help with. He added that in the event I had any further questions, he was just a phone call away. All in all, it was a good experience The dealership made sure that I received two "smart" keys for the car, as originally there had only been one with the vehicle (sometimes a given dealership will just give you a second "dumb" key).
