In fact, the very first time we interacted with him, we realised he was a genuine person who put his best foot forward, and understood our needs rather than pushing as many salesmen do! Carol, from Finance, was super helpful and she got us a great deal, considering we are new immigrants....we're told by most dealers that we would need a guarantor, but she helped us sail through without one!
