So much so that we ended up sending our friends to Erinwood, and they purchased an Escape Recently I found myself needing a vehicle so back to "Super Dave" we go. I picked up my 2014 Escape two days ago. As before Dave was amazing. We negotiated a fair price, and when I came to get it I was so pleased. Dave did everything he promised and more. The vehicle was immaculate inside and out, the gas tank was full, there had been an oil change done, and even a scuff mark I thought was something I had to live with, had been buffed out by Dave.The entire team at Erinwood are professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Dave has a level of honesty, and genuine regard for his customers that you just don't find anymore. I highly recommend Erinwood and if you go, ask for Dave. Just don't try to get his cool pen. He's rather protective of it. More

A few days after the tire pressure monitoring system had a fault, although this is not a crucial part of the vehicle or an issue with performance in anyway; I called Youssef and he was right there quick to help. I brought my truck in the next day and Youssef spoke to the sales manager Chris who called up service and had it fixed free of charge. Another great experience with Erinwood!
