What a great experience buying my 2018 Ford Escape I walked into Erinwood Ford on a Saturday in early May, after deciding to purchase a new car. I was introduced to Sami who asked me what I was looking I walked into Erinwood Ford on a Saturday in early May, after deciding to purchase a new car. I was introduced to Sami who asked me what I was looking for. We sat down and I explained my driving habits and what size vehicle I wanted. After he asked me some more questions about requirements, we were off to the races. Sami is very knowledgeable, explained everything as we went along and was very courteous. He is a real asset your dealership. Picking my car up was also a great experience, as Sami went through the car with, making sure I was comfortable will all the features. Great guy! Robyn, was fantastic. She helped me to understand what I needed and did an excellent job of explaining everything and making sure we were all "watching the same program" I also got to speak to Addy, he is in sales too.
